We all want to lead a life of our own making. But in today's accelerated world, with its competing priorities, information overload, and confounding options, we can easily find ourselves steered by impulse, stress, or expedience. A transformative new approach to decision making, 10-10-10 is a tool for reclaiming your life at home, in love, and at work. The process is clear, straightforward, and transparent. In fact, when you're facing a dilemma, all it takes to begin are three questions: What are the consequences of my decision in 10 minutes?

In 10 months? And in 10 years?

Sound simple? Not quite. Recounting poignant stories from her own life and the lives of many other dedicated 10-10-10 users, Suzy Welch reveals how exploring the impact of our decisions in multiple time frames invariably surfaces our unconscious agendas, fears, needs, and desires -- and ultimately helps us identify and live according to our deepest goals and values.

Oh boy, a rich person promoting a book stating that they have all the answers! I could use ideas how to marry a billionaire, then write a book how I arrived at that decision!

It may be useful, but I am tired of only rich and famous people making MORE money! Couldn't publishers do more books from struggling artists?

Thanks you for your comment!

It's been a while since someone stating their opinions about the books straightforward.
It is too "quiet".

There are not many much books about struggling life of artists.
Since the world become more capitalism. It wouldn't be much suprise if the billionaire books are among the bestseller books.

About the books of struggling artist I suggest this one the book about Julie Andrew.

She got a very hard-time since she was born during WWII.

Sorry for my sales tone.
I am just a person who are seeking a better life in this competitive world too. ^_^

I loved the book. Not only a smart way to think about your next decision, but it was also very entertaining.
Rich or poor, the ideas and personal stories in the book related to my life. And, yes I am not anywhere near wealthy.
She never said she had all the answers, best to read it prior to making negative and jealous comments:)

Rita - you are dead wrong. What a stupid remark. Suzy Welch never claimed she had all of the answers. In her book she allowed us to use some "tools" in order to reach some of the difficult decisions we must all make in life. You attitude about having money in order to write a book is ridiculous. Why would anyone want to read a book by someone who was not successful in life and know nothing constructive to say!

I really don't want to read a book by or about someone like you, Rita, who is a failure. Get a life. 10-10-10 is a great read.

I haven't enjoyed a book like this in a long time. 10-10-10 was extremely helpful. I was reassured that the writer, Suzy Welch, had a successful career with much experience.
